Standard Practices

  • Payments and contracts are completed online.
  • Photography sessions will take place outdoors only and follow the current CDC guidelines for social distancing.
  • Bookings include a private online client viewing gallery which can be accessed from your home computer or mobile device.
  • Free consultations via email or by phone


Service Fees

A 6.25% tax will be added to contracts for events held in Massachusetts.

Portrait service sitting fees do not include photo products; digital files, prints etc. Photo products are purchased separately after the session, from an a la carte price menu. There are no package obligations and no minimum ordering requirements.

Booking Requirements 

Payment in full and a completed contract are required at the time of booking. A parent or guardian must be present during the photo session for seniors under the age of 18.


Session Contract & Terms of Use

Your photography service contract will highlight the following information:
•    Your name and contact information
•    Agreed upon photography service (type of session, number of people etc.)
•    Service fee
•    Date, time and location of photography service
•    Media Recording (Advertising) & Usage Release
•    Liability Release Waiver

Jennifer LaRoche Photography reserves the right to use captured images in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in business advertising, reproduction, and copyright. All images are copyrighted to Jennifer LaRoche, even those you purchase. Copying, scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. Screen-grabbing of images from Jennifer LaRoche Photography is also strictly prohibited. By visiting this website and/or hiring Jennifer LaRoche Photography, you agree to these terms.


Rescheduling & Cancellations

I keep an eye on the forecast several days leading up to your session. If rain or snow is expected during your session, I will send an email or call to reschedule with my next available date.

If you need to reschedule, as a curiosity, please notify me via email 24 hr. prior to your session time. We will reschedule the session for a date / time that works for both of us. Sessions must be rescheduled within 6 months. There will be a $50 fee for any additional rescheduling.
A 48 hour notice is required to cancel the session and to receive a refund of 75%, of your service sitting fee. 25% of the fee will be retained by me.

Image Editing & RAW Files 

I edit images as needed to ensure proper color balance, exposure and sharpness. I do not edit images to reduce the look of cellulite, make someone appear thinner, to remove braces etc. Acne removal is available for an additional fee. I do not sell RAW files. Images can be purchased as high-resolution jpegs (digital files) only.

Client Gallery Availability

Client galleries are available for 10 days. Prints and other photo products must be purchased within this time period.
Session images will be purged from my hard-drive 30 days after the gallery delivery date, except as needed for promotional purposes, per my sole discretion. I am not responsible for any loss or damage to digital files due to circumstances beyond my control.
