Photography Service Booking Requirements

For the foreseeable future, my photography services will be limited to only outdoor events. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. A mileage charge will be added for location areas outside a 20-mile radius of 01760. Massachusetts residents and businesses, a 6.25% state tax will be added to the quote. My event photography service rates are calculated by the specific coverage needs.  For a quote, please email detailed information including:

• The event location(s) and date(s)

• Exact coverage time needed, including start and end time

• Size of the event / approximate number of guests

• Main focus of the photography including special requests

• List the different ways the images will be used (print media, social media etc.)

• The deadline date for the final edited images

In addition to the photography coverage hours, my service rate includes post process editing time, a collection of high resolution digital files for download from a private password protected image gallery. The gallery will be available for sharing and viewing for 10 days. Please reach out to me via email with any additional questions.
