Hello! Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about me and my photography story. I am Jennifer, the Boston area portrait photographer and visual storyteller behind Jennifer LaRoche Photography. My photography journey started as a teenager, when I received a Nikon point and shoot film camera as a gift. I was immediately hooked and have been loyal to the brand ever since...hmm, maybe they should pay me for that! In the beginning, I photographed mostly nature, landscapes and my family. Through the years, I have upgraded my equipment and honed my photography skills by attending workshops and training programs. A workshop I attended at the Maine Media Workshops + College had a profound impact on my photography shooting style. This learning experience inspired me to see light and composition in a very different way and energized my desire to keep learning. I established Jennifer LaRoche Photography in 2014, and began offering professional portrait and event photography services. My photography style is modern creative portraiture. It's a mix of traditional portraits and lifestyle photography. I love timeless, vibrant color images and moody black and whites. Giving Back

I am proud to partner with the Birthday Wishes Organization as their official event photographer. Birthday Wishes is a non-profit organization based in Natick, Massachusetts. When I am not photographing people, I enjoy exploring new places with my camera in hand.
